Founder and Managing Director Dan Morley conceptualised and created Morley Executive in 2010 after spending more than a decade recruiting in the financial services industry both in London and in Sydney. Dan identified a marketplace gap and targeted the need for highly specialised executive search solutions within individual markets in the financial world. Morley Executive emerged as a niche provider for the institutional equities and private wealth management markets. Within the past decade, the firm has expanded into corporate advisory and investment banking, and additionally into corporate and business development, business strategy, and investor relations.

Belinda Clayton brings nearly two decades of experience in executive search to the team at Morley Executive. Her extensive network of clients and candidates across Australia enables distinction in placements in investment banking, sell-side equity research, private wealth management, and most notably in corporate development, investor relations, and business strategy. Since joining Morley Executive in 2015 as a Research Associate, Belinda has become integral to our team and was recently promoted to Research Manager.
